Having been at the forefront of utilising AI and automation to aid recruitment teams, Charles and his team went on to develop the first diversity bench-marking tools for recruiters. Always one step ahead in the world of TA technology, Charles’ passion shows no signs of slowing.
A graduate from Oxford University, Charles has lived all over the world. Known (by some) as Fishy or The Wave, you can find him in the pool or sea most days. He loves to cycle and has cycled in South America, North America, China, New Zealand, down the Nile, and through Vietnam! Charles loves spending time with his family when he’s not busy leading the team at Oleeo.

My team manages a wide portfolio of resourcing programmes for TBS clients, ranging from large-scale ATS implementations to innovative technologies that improve resourcing processes for both candidates and end users. Over the past couple of years, we have supported our clients in various ways, achieving significant savings and improving time to hire.
I have over 10 years of experience in project roles within both the Private and Public Sector industries.
Throughout my career, I have worked on multiple projects, utilising standard project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile.
