Adept at working on multiple transformation projects, aligning new systems and procedures into businesses in tight and challenging timeframes, taking overall project management responsibility to ensure accurate delivery. Key eye to detail to ensure smooth transition and integration by all users.

Used to working alongside multiple stakeholders and large-scale teams to scope, manage and oversee platform and other projects launch into the relevant organisations in sensitive and secure environments in a timely and efficient manner.

Leading rollout to ensure timelines and budgets are kept in line as well as offering advice on system changes and improvements to allow for improved efficiency savings as well as improvements to candidate and user experience.
